BILLING & REFUND POLICY

// THE 14-DAY FREE TRIAL

Every new subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You provide a valid debit card at signup. We do not charge your card during the trial period. The trial gives you full access to your selected tier so you can confirm the bot does what we say it does — including watching the live equity page, placing manual trades, running scanners, and (on Pro+) seeing automated signals fire.

// AUTO-CHARGE ON DAY 15

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your debit card is charged automatically for the first month at the tier price you selected ($19.99 / $99.99 / $299 / $999). The charge happens at midnight UTC on day 15. We send a reminder email 3 days before so you have advance notice.

// DEBIT CARDS ONLY

We accept debit cards only. Credit cards are detected and the subscription is auto-cancelled within minutes — you will receive an email asking you to re-subscribe with a debit card. Why: chargebacks on credit cards add a cost we cannot absorb at our pricing. Debit-only keeps the entry-tier sustainable at $19.99/mo.

Acceptable: debit cards (Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, etc.) issued by a bank or credit union.

Not acceptable: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover credit), prepaid cards, gift cards, virtual cards.

// NO REFUNDS — FOR ANY REASON ONCE CHARGED

Once a charge has cleared on your debit card, we do not issue refunds. This applies to:

• Buyer's remorse
• "I forgot to cancel before the trial ended"
• Trading losses (we are a tool — you control every setting; results are yours)
• Brief outages or scheduled maintenance windows
• Disputes over feature availability (refer to the public pricing page snapshot at signup)
• Account suspensions due to ToS violations
• Card-issuer chargebacks (which we contest with documentation; chargeback losses lead to permanent account ban)

This is exactly why the 7-day free trial exists: you have one week, with full access, before any money moves. Use it to decide.

// CANCEL ANYTIME

You can cancel from your dashboard (Dashboard → Settings → Cancel Subscription) at any time, with no questions asked. Cancellation:

• Stops the next charge from happening
• Keeps your access live through the end of the current billing period (you paid for the month, you get the month)
• Does not retroactively refund any past charges

// CHARGEBACKS

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer, we will: (1) contest the chargeback with documentation including this policy, your acceptance timestamp, trial start date, reminder emails, and access logs; (2) permanently ban the associated email + payment method from re-subscribing; (3) blacklist the card. The 7-day free trial exists so you never need to chargeback. Use it instead.

// TRADING LOSSES

MiracleBot-1G is a tool, not a guarantee. The bot trades on your brokerage account using your credentials, with parameters you control (paper vs live, risk per trade, max daily loss, kill switch, pause). Trading involves substantial risk; past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading losses are not grounds for a refund of subscription fees. Use paper mode (default) until you are confident.

// CONTACT FOR LEGITIMATE BILLING QUESTIONS

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., your trial was supposed to be 7 days and you were charged on day 5), email miracle.timothy@gmail.com with your subscription email + the Stripe charge ID. We will investigate. Documented Stripe-side errors (extremely rare) are corrected by Stripe directly.
